Regular Rate $ 325.00 CAD/Night. - Pay Only $ 195.00 CAD/Night.

Terms

All bookings are subject to sharing the property with the Owners who stay on the top level.

You have compete use of the front yard, patio with BBQ, Shared use of the pool and hot tub.

Maximum 6 persons

Owner is flexible and wants you to have a fantastic stay !

50% deposit at time of booking, balance due 45 days in advance.

No Pets - No Smoking

Cancellation Policies

30 days notice required for weekly or daily bookings

45 Days notice required for 2 or 3 weeks

90 days notice required for Monthly

Refund only if booking is replaced less $200 admin fee. Partial rebooking gets partial refund.
