Access to an entire new set of clients who would not normally have found your area as we will be promoting this to all our clients and will be working with airlines and our network of travel agents & Vacation Consultants.

Eventual first page placement on all major search engines.

Exclusive rights & participation in to our 3 year plan to grow this business & provide you with new clients each year. Courses/Resorts that work with us and show favorable hospitality will be promoted first as an ongoing gesture of good will.

Once we arrive we will do the photo shoot and with time permitted will build the website and try to launch it prior to our departure back to Canada. If weather does not make for the kind of quality photos we want for our website we may need to visit you again. Should we need to re visit your resort/course to take additional photos or meet with your staff to go over other business details we expect to be able to play the part of the course we need to re photograph or give us access to the areas we want to capture with complimentary golf cart and any fees you would normally charge the public.

Anything you can provide in the way of information on the area and contacts for your resort / course are greatly appreciated.

We have planned this for 6 months and have rented a condo and car for the entire month, we will be staying in the Albufeira area as a base to run our project from. We do not have a cell phone number as if yet but will be securing one upon our arrival.

Over an 18 month periodo in the Kelowna & Okanagan Valley Golf market we sold 450 rounds of championship golf over 5 main courses in our first 7 months of 2004. This season in 2005 we have sold over 1600 rounds of golf over the same market. We hope to exceed 2500 rounds next season.

We went from being on the first second and third pages of key search terms for this sector of the golf industry to being on the first page of all key search terms.

What do we expect?

What we expect from you is wholesale rates on green fees including carts and range balls ( if driving range is at course) A list of published rates the public would pay and all wholesale rates and any seasonal changes. Literature and any promotional materials that would assist us in marketing your product.

Complimentary golf cart & green fees. Access to play and photograph your golf course / resort. All photos will remain the copyright property of Guy Scott official photographer. Upon mutual agreement you can use the photos for your own use.

Open access to photograph your facility. A list of your amenities and what you would do to make our mutual clients feel comfortable at your course/resort.

A reciprocal link from your website to ours as this helps both of us be on the top of key searches.
