The Orchard Yard has beautiful Grape Vines trellised along the north side. 8 species of fruit trees grow in the orchard / yard.  During summer there is always something ripening so its very special to see all the fruit develop & ripen to be picked.

Enjoy the 12 person hot tub. Nice play area for children with lots of toys. A basketball hoop is set up with a large open deck to play games or lounge around. These are shared areas with the resident owners.

Your own private deck on the 2nd level overlooks the garden and orchard yard.
