Luxury 3 bedroom condo boasts
"Best Location on the Hill"
in a great complex right next to the Village Center. You
can literally ski to the kitchen window and have your partner pass you a
hot chocolate. The Eagles Resort is the perfect big white condo rental, ideally situated on the Hummingbird
ski run for excellent ski-in/ ski-out convenience.
This run is also lit
for night skiing.
After the ski day is over you can relax in
the spacious hot tub or walk 3 min to wide selection of restaurants,
bars and shops. If you want location this is the one.

Terms & Conditions |

1. Deposit:
A deposit of $200 is due on Credit Card at time of booking. This
deposit will secure your reservation and will be used as a damage
deposit. A signed copy of these terms and conditions must accompany
your payment.
We will
send you a confirmation email upon receiving your deposit. |

2.
Full
Payment Due:
Your full payment of
$_________(Canadian)
is due 30 days prior to check-in date. You will receive your entry code
and other relevant information once full payment for your stay has been
received and deposited. |

|
3.
Damage
Deposit:
The original $200 deposit will be held as
a damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you within promptly
upon your departure providing the unit is left as you found it.
Note:
This damage deposit does not limit the renter's liability for damage. |

4.
Clean up:
The renter is responsible to run the
dishwasher, and place dirty linen in the bath tub on their departure
date and to take the garbage to the garbage drop off on their way out.
During the non ski season the renter is responsible for all clean up. |

5.
Cancellations:
If notice of cancellation is received
prior to full payment then deposit is non-refundable. If notice of
cancellation is received in writing 15 days prior to check-in date, then
deposit plus 50% of full payment will be retained. Only the
deposit will be returned when notice of cancellation is received less
than 15 days prior to check-in date. Please note that we will
refund 100% of your money if you cancel and we are able to fill your
booking with another booking of equal value less $100 admin fee & credit
card reversal fee |

6.
Check-in:
is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am but
flexibility may be possible. Requires notice in advance. |

DISCLAIMER:
The owner
shall not be held liable for damage, injuries, or illnesses incurred
during the renters' stay nor for any problems related to the weather,
other guests or the operations of Big White Ski Resort. |
