for cooking are provided.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking
(balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is
required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is
re-rented.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time rule ... guests must respect
neighbours.
