At our Resort, Tuscan Villas & Piazza we know that many families require pet friendly accommodations.

A few Villas have been allocated for this purposes we’ve set aside a limited number of villas as “Pet Friendly”. Give us a ring to see if one of the pet units are available.

Pet Size Allowed: Small – Less than 40lbs

Pet Types Allowed: Dogs & Cats

1  Pet per Unit

Leashes are required at all times.

Seasonal Restrictions: No

Additional Pet Policies:

Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in room.

Noise from Pets must not interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests.  '

Should your pet become a problem you will be asked to remove the pet from our property.

Local Kennels are available in the yellow pages.
 

Pet owner accepts full responsibility for any damage or harm caused by their pet while on Resort property.

All Pet waste must be picked up immediately by the owner or whoever is has the pet on leash

Waste must be disposed of in a waste container.

Failure to pick up after your pet may result in the eviction of the pet.

Additional housekeeping fees may be charged to the owner).

Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other Pets or guests will be asked to vacate the Resort.

Pet Amenities: Food/Water bowls available upon request.

Pet Services: No onsite pet services. Information on local pet service providers is available at front desk

Pet Guest Fee: $20 per Pet, per night (up to $100 per stay). Please note, a portion of this "Pet Friendly" Fee goes towards the Kelowna SPCA. 

 Bellasera strives to strike a balance between Pet Friendly and hypo-allergic rooms.

If you arrive with your pet and have not requested a Pet Friendly room, we will not be able to accommodate you.

Your deposit will also be forfeited.

Pets found in Non Pet Friendly rooms will have a substantial cleaning fee applied to your bill. Minimum $200

How to get to 1795 Country Club Drive.

We are at the Quail Ridge golf resort.  Simply turn off Hwy 97 at the Airport intersection, head west on Quail Ridge Boulevard  towards the golf resort.  Turn right at the stop sign one block from the highway, follow the road approx 2km up the hill, until you see the golf courses on both sides of the road.

Make your first left on Country Club Drive, the Quail Course is to your left,  go approx 1km,  we are on the left side near the end of the road.1795 Country Club Drive  Welcome - Your home !

If your getting keys at Borgata Lodge Front Desk , simply turn onto Via Centrale towards the Okanagan Golf Clubhouse. Its just one block on the right.  Turn down the little side street, the Front Desk is half way down.

The resort is approx  400 kilometers / 250 miles,  east of Vancouver and 590 kilometers / 365 miles west of Calgary. The drive from both Vancouver and Calgary is a super scenic highway with stunning vistas, enjoy the famous spots including the Rocky Mountains and Coquihalla scenery.  One could write a book about the scenery on both trips.
